This Round Table has now been re-scheduled for 22nd August 2013. from 10am to 12pm at the Royal Society of Edinburgh, 22-26 George Street, Edinburgh. [The session had originally been advertised for 22nd July 2013].

The Digital Participation Inquiry will host a round table event examining the issues surrounding the use of digital technology and the internet within an education setting.

For this event we welcome representatives from across the education sector including those working in primary, secondary, further and higher settings who would like to join us and discuss how the internet and digital technologies are important. It is hoped that a range of issues would be covered in these discussions including the ways in which education can be delivered digitally  the challenges facing institutions in making a move towards digital and what the motivators are for institutions and students in getting online.
