The next public event as part of the Digital Participation Inquiry will be hosted in Hawick at the Heart of Hawick on Thursday 25th April.
As part of this event we would like to hear from
- members of the public
- local businesses (SME’s)
- representative within the public and voluntary sectors
We will host three workshops throughout the day working with each group and hope to explore how digital participation and using the internet can be of maximized and enjoyed by all.
Our key area of inquiry are
- Identifying the benefits and how they may be spread
- Understanding the obstacles and risks that may limit digital participation
- Identifying and addressing any disadvantages.
A full set of the inquiry questions for response can be found here.
We welcome examples of good practice, (what works well, where and why?) and practical ideas to help meet your needs.
